1. Program description.

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who book an appointment with Mari Garza Realtor through marigarzarealtor.com or our scheduling forms and opt in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our web forms. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation instructions.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further messages from the program unless you opt in again.

4. Carrier liability.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates.

Our SMS program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by carrier.

7. Age restriction.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS program.
